Strengthening TVET and PPP Models
The training programme aims to enhance institutional capacities in South Sudan by offering structured exposure to India’s comprehensive and industry-integrated skilling ecosystem. Through this initiative, the delegation is receiving insights into India’s “whole-of-government” approach to skill development, steered by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The programme highlights India’s TVET best practices, policy frameworks, PPP-enabled models, and institutional collaborations that have contributed to a responsive and inclusive national skilling landscape.
DSEU Showcases Innovation in Skill Education
During the visit, DSEU presented its pioneering work in transforming skill-based higher education through demand-driven course design, strong industry alignment, robust apprenticeship pathways, and student-centric pedagogical reforms. Delegates were briefed on DSEU’s governance structure, innovation-led initiatives, and its commitment to bridging education with employability.
The structured exposure at the Dwarka Campus included interactions with university leadership, presentations on flagship initiatives, and guided tours of facilities such as innovation labs, skill development centres, and industry-engaged training spaces. Delegates engaged in discussions on curriculum development, institutional partnerships, and scalable models of entrepreneurship development.
