Haryana Board Class 10th Maths paper leaked. After the leak of the Class 10 Haryana Board mathematics question paper on Wednesday from an examination center in Charkhi Dadri, officials said that a formal complaint had been filed and action had been initiated.
During the administration of the state-level Secondary (Class 10th) Mathematics examination, the leak was noticed. The source of the leak was traced to Government Senior Secondary School, Ranila-02, in the Charkhi Dadri area of Haryana, by making use of the security features printed on the question paper, including alphanumeric and QR code markings.
The mathematics paper was received on the official WhatsApp number of the HBSE Chairman at about 1:56 pm, as reported by the Board of School Education, Haryana (HBSE).
A case has been registered against the candidates and invigilators who were allegedly involved in the Ranila leak, said the Deputy Commissioner of Charkhi Dadri.
Since then, the Education Department has been informed about the incident and has promised to take action against any of its employees who are found to be at fault. A Board official said, "Those involved in irregularities will face strict action."
As per HBSE, there were 10 cases of unfair means in the Mathematics exam: one each in Karnal, Palwal, and Nuh, two each in Rohtak and Sonipat, and three in Charkhi Dadri.
2,89,003 candidates appeared for the mathematics exam, which was conducted at 1,372 centers. On the same day, 980 student-teachers appeared for the DElEd first-year re-appear exam.
