New Delhi, 21 May 2026: Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) signed six significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with leading organisations across the domains of accessibility, industry, creative skills, culture, and social development during the Global Accessibility Awareness Day Celebration 2026 held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre.
Organised under the theme “Design. Develop. Deliver: Building an Accessible and Inclusive India,” the programme brought together policymakers, academic leaders, accessibility experts, industry representatives, and social organisations committed to promoting inclusive and equitable development.
Among the collaborations, the MoU signed between DSEU and IDEA – Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association remained a key highlight of the event. The partnership aims to strengthen initiatives related to accessible education, inclusive skilling, entrepreneurship development, industry engagement, and employment opportunities for Divyangjan youth.
In addition to IDEA, DSEU also signed MoUs with NASSCOM, Indian Institute of Creative Skills, Federation of Indian Industry (FII), Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), and Rotary Club of Delhiites, further reinforcing the university’s commitment towards industry-academia collaboration, innovation, cultural engagement, and social impact.
The MoU exchange took place in the presence of Hon’ble Education Minister, Delhi, Ashish Sood; Vice Chancellor, DSEU, Prof. Ashok Nagawat; Sh. Shailendra Singh Parihar (IAS), Registrar DSEU; Shri S. Govindaraj, Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, O/o CCPD; Shri Mallikarjuna Iytha, Founder & CEO, IDEA; Dr. Pankaj Lathar, Director PR, DSEU; and Dr. Vikram Bansal, Head – Partnerships, DSEU, along with several other distinguished dignitaries and stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion, university officials reiterated DSEU’s commitment towards building a future-ready and inclusive ecosystem that ensures equal opportunities in education, skilling, entrepreneurship, and employment for all sections of society.
The event served as an important platform for dialogue, collaboration, and collective action towards creating a more accessible, inclusive, and empowered India.
