Applications For B.Ed Integrated Programme

Four universities will administer admissions for the 2025–2026 academic year for the Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP). Delhi University (DU), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Dr. BR Ambedkar University (AUD), and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) will all offer the four-year integrated curriculum, which is intended for students who want to become teachers. Undergraduate subjects leading to a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree are covered in the course.
Admission Process For ITEP
An entrance exam is planned for April 29 and will be the basis for admission to ITEP. Up until 11.30 p.m. on March 16, interested applicants may apply online at nta.ac.in and exams.nta.ac.in/NCET. The National Education Policy (NEP) guided the development of the ITEP program, and in order to be admitted, candidates must take the National Common Entrance Test (NCET).
Expansion Of ITEP In Delhi University
In 2023, Delhi University launched the ITEP in two of its colleges. Last year, it was expanded to include the Department of Education and one additional college. Admissions under this program will be available in the next session at Mata Sundri College, Jesus and Mary College, Shyama Prasad Mukherji College, and the Education Department.
