GRAND OPENING OF 9th UNISON SUMMIT – MUN 2025

The 9th edition of the UNISON SUMMIT – Model United Nations commenced today with great zeal and global spirit at Lovely Public Sr. Sec. School, Priyadarshini Vihar. The ceremony opened with a warm Welcome Address, followed by the Lightening of the Lamp, symbolising knowledge, peace, and new beginnings.

 A soulful Green Welcome set an eco-conscious tone for the event, followed by an auspicious Gayatri Mantra invoking blessings for wisdom and harmony. The audience was captivated by a graceful Welcome Dance Performance, showcasing the cultural vibrance of India.

The event moved ahead with Words of Wisdom delivered by esteemed dignitaries, inspiring young delegates to think, voice, and lead with purpose. Melodious performances by the Orchestra and Choir (featuring a powerful mashup of Aashayein, Baadal Pe Paav Hai, Junoon Hai, Socha Hai) added rhythm and energy to the morning.

The ceremony was graced with the presence of

 Hon’ble Chairman Dr. Manoj Malik Sir, whose visionary leadership continues to empower global-minded learners, along with Mr. Piyush Malik Sir whose constant encouragement fuels innovation and excellence.

Speeches by the Deputy Secretary General and Secretary General set the diplomatic tone of the conference, followed by the official Declaration of the 9th UNISON SUMMIT 2025 open for committee sessions.

 With intellect, diplomacy, and dialogue at its heart, the summit now moves forward to two days of intense debates, global concerns, and youth solutions.
