CBSE has declared the results of the 2026 Class 12 board examinations. In this exam, girls have once again surpassed boys in terms of performance. The passing percentage for the exam is 85.20%. Now students can access their mark sheet on the official website results.cbse.nic.in.
Out of the total number of male students, 82.13% have passed the exam, while 88.86% girls have cleared the exam. This difference clearly shows that girls have performed better than boys and retained their supremacy in board results.
Girls have continuously outperformed boys in the CBSE Class 12 result over the last five years. As per the information provided, their passing percentage has been increasing consistently every year.
Girls continue to outshine even this year in spite of stiff competition from boys. This indicates that they are performing better consistently and developing themselves continually.
This year, around 18.5 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 12 Board examination. Out of them, 8.3 lakh were girls, while 10.2 lakh were boys.
