UPSC CDS 1 Final Results Out

After the written exam and SSB interviews were completed, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the official results of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 1 Examination 2025. There have been 365 eligible applicants in all.

Candidates for admission to the 160th (DE) Course at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun; the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala; and the Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying Training Course) were interviewed by the Ministry of Defense's Services Selection Board (SSB).
The Indian Military Academy has 100 openings, including 13 seats set aside for applicants with Army Wing NCC "C" Certificates, according to official announcements.
Six places are reserved for Naval Wing NCC "C" Certificate holders out of the 32 openings in the Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro at the Indian Naval Academy. Similar to this, the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad has 32 openings, three of which are set aside for holders of the NCC "C" Certificate (Air Wing) under the NCC Special Entry Scheme.
In the past, 2,560 applicants were deemed eligible for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), 942 to the Indian Naval Academy (INA), and 636 to the Air Force Academy (AFA) by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) after they passed the written exam. Those who passed the Army Headquarters' follow-up SSB interviews are included in the final list of chosen applicants.
The full results may now be found on upsc.gov.in, the official UPSC website. Individual applicant scores, however, won't be made public until the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2025 final results for the Officers' Training Academy (OTA) are revealed.
