CUET UG 2026 registration begins

The National Testing Agency (NTA) made a thorough announcement and opened the portal for CUET UG 2026 registration through the online mode at cuet.nta.nic.in. The Agency has previously revealed the schedule of the test. The CUET UG 2026 examination will take place from May 11 to May 31. Furthermore, the information brochure, along with the CUET UG 2026 test structure and syllabus, has been made available. 

The cut-off date for fee payments is January 31, 2026, at 11.50 pm, while the online application collection will be open till January 30, 2026, at 11.50 pm. 

From February 2 to February 4, candidates will have the option to modify their online application forms until 11:50 p.m. The cities where the exams will be held and the issuing of admit cards will be informed later through the NTA website, as per NTA. In a timely manner, the results will be displayed on the NTA website together with the display of captured responses and answer keys. 

NTA instructed candidates to ensure that they possess up-to-date category certificates, UDID cards, and Aadhaar information. The Agency emphasized that this procedure is necessary to eliminate inconsistencies, complaints, or chances of rejection of applications at a later stage. 

The CUET UG 2026 examination will be conducted in the computer-based test (CBT) format for the admission to undergraduate programs in 47 central universities and more than 300 colleges across the country.
