UP BEd JEE 2025
...

The Uttar Pradesh Bachelor of Joint Entrance Examination (UP BEd JEE) 2025 application deadline has been extended by Bundelkhand University. The University has extended the application period till March 25 from the previous registration deadline of March 8. Students can apply on the official website if they haven't registered yet. Bujhansi.ac.in is the official website for the same.

The schedule states that on April 14, 2025, the UP BEd JEE admit card for 2025 would be accessible. Candidates can use their login information, which includes their date of birth and registration number, to download their UP BEd admission card.

Candidates must have a bachelor's or postgraduate degree from an accredited university with at least 50% in subjects like science, social sciences, or humanities in order to be eligible to take the UP BEd JEE entrance exam. A minimum of 55% is needed for applicants who have a degree in mathematics, a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (BE/BTech) in engineering, or any comparable degree.

Candidates with a BE or BTech degree with a specialization in mathematics or science, or any other comparable qualification, who are members of the SC (Scheduled Caste) or ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories and have earned undergraduate or graduate degrees from any legally recognized university are also eligible to take the test.

For applicants in the General and OBC categories, the application cost is Rs 1400. While SC/ST applicants from UP must pay Rs 700, those from outside the state must pay Rs 1400.
The tentative date of the UP BEd test, designated by the license plate number JEE 2025, is April 20, 2025. There will be two objective-style question papers on the test. Candidates will receive two marks for each right response, and one-third of a mark will be deducted for each wrong response, following the grading structure used in prior years.

Candidates are urged to visit Bundelkhand University's official website for more information.
The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is planning to reinstate one-year B.Ed. and M.Ed. programs, almost ten years after they were doubled to two years, in a significant policy reversal. The modification, which is a part of new draft laws, will once more give qualified candidates quicker paths to teaching jobs and go into force in 2026–2027.
